The AESMR service - what we do

At Northern Plains Building Services, we attend your site and perform a careful, thorough survey of the building. Our process includes:

  • Inspecting all Essential Safety Measures (ESMs) against their logbooks and reports (both hard copies and digital records)
  • Making an independent, qualified determination on whether services have been competently undertaken before issuing the Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR)
